Verified project concierge

Our concierge collects the contact and business details you enter, your project brief, email verification status and conversation transcript so our team can respond to your enquiry. Verification confirms control of an email inbox; it does not verify legal identity or company ownership. We send a short-lived code through our email delivery service. Unverified enquiries are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours; verified enquiries and transcripts are normally retained for 90 days, unless a different period is necessary for an active client relationship or a legal requirement.

When AI answers are enabled, relevant project context and conversation messages are sent to the configured AI provider, OpenAI or Anthropic, for processing. Contact fields such as your name, email and phone are not deliberately added to the AI request, but information you type into a project field or message may be included. Processing may occur outside Canada. Do not submit passwords, payment information, government identification, access codes or confidential customer records. AI responses may be inaccurate; our team confirms pricing, eligibility, availability and commitments.

We use a secure, essential session cookie to keep your verification and conversation connected. Server-side controls use pseudonymous network identifiers to limit abuse. Enquiry data and transcripts are accessible to authorized WordPress administrators and are protected with application-level encryption at rest.
