What happens on the walkthrough call?
It is a focused 20-minute walkthrough of our truck yard parking management platform. We learn how your operation currently works, demonstrate the most relevant parts of the live platform and identify any custom fields, workflows or integrations your company may require.
Do I have to fill in another form to book?
No. Once you submit this page, the confirmation screen and the email we send both carry a booking link with your name and email already filled in. Pick a time and you are done.
We run fewer than 50 spots. Is it still worth a call?
Yes. Size is one signal, not a filter. A 40-spot operation spread across several yards is often more complex to run than a single large one, and the walkthrough is where we work out whether the fit is there.
How do setup and ongoing support work?
There is an initial setup and customization scope plus an ongoing support and management plan. We quote for your yard count, workflows and integrations after a walkthrough.
Can it handle more than one lot or yard?
Yes. Spots are grouped into lots, and the map, filters and reports all work per lot — including occupancy broken out lot by lot, so you can see which parts of the yard earn and which sit idle.
Does it handle Canadian tax?
Parking charges and tax are tracked separately. The applicable tax configuration depends on your location and business requirements; 13% does not apply across all of Canada.
